DIY CO2 Reactor

I am thinking about adding a DIY CO2 reactor to the 10 gallon tank mentioned in my signature. Does anyone have a good set of plans and recipe for the mixture for a tank this size? I've read that most DIY CO2 reactors will release 1 or 2 bubbles per second; is that the right amount for a 10 gallon tank? Thanks for any advice.
