Dividing The Tank - Good Idea Or Not?

Yesterday one of my frogs floated across the tank quite dead and covered in bacteria - I can only assume it got trapped under a rock or log (it hadn't appeared for a few days). I can still find one of the other two, so I'm hoping the other is ok, although its difficult to tell whether its the same frog that keeps coming out or not!

What I'd like to do is divide the tank about a quarter of the way across, giving the frogs about 25L and the rest of the fish around 80L - this would make it easier to see and feed the frogs, and help make sure they dont get trapped. in the frog end I'd use mostly sand and smaller grassy plants, and would leave the other end of the tank pretty much the same. A major project for next weekend lol.

My only concern is the disruption to the fish. I've looked at the Pennplax stuff, but a few people have said it can be a pain to use the clips on some tanks. I'm happy enough to use aquatic sealant to put it in properly, but it'd mean taking all the fish and plants out and rehousing them for 24 hours while the sealant dries - would this be too much stress for the fish, or should they be fine? (12 neon tetra, 10 glowlight tetra, 2 aquatic dwarf frogs, 1 siamese fighter and 6 corys)

advice wanted and needed :) thanks!!

personally keep them all together. just dont move things around in the tank to trap the frogs. they should all live happy together apart from maybe frogs and corys im not sure as i have never kept these.

thanks for your advice - actually, the frogs and corys seem to get along fine! the fighter does scare the frogs quite a bit when it nudges them (doesnt seem to be any bullying intended), and the neons get a bit of a kick in the face when they try to steal the frogs food!

the issue isn't so much with them all living together happily, it's that as mentioned I have a few concerns with the frogs being part of the main tank, particularly whether or not they're getting all the food they need, and making sure they dont get trapped. i'd seen the frog that died swimming around the tank after the last water change, so I'm pretty sure he must have got himself trapped somewhere - it was only when my nephew nudged the tank that he came loose and floated to the top. it's a very heavily planted tank, with a few pieces of bogwood and about 40 varying plants and a rock, so there are plenty of places to get stuck!

the amount of plants etc. in the tank does make it very difficult to check the frogs are alright and get their food to them before the fish eat, so I'm thinking long-term it'd be better for my frogs to be in their own section
