Hi-

I've been reading up here on people's experienced with divided tanks for their beautiful bettas because my hubby and I are thinking of dividing our 10g for betttas. My questions are: Can you put a male and female together (separated, of course) or a little sorority on one side, and a male on the other?

And is this good for the bettas? I've been seeing people talk about using opaque plexiglass to give the guys a little peace. Also, I see that it's important to give them somewhere to hide. If they hide, will they stay hidden a lot (males) as someone in the forum suggested?

Any answers are always appreciatd!

I put male and female either side of my dividers. They were fine the male didn't bother her much at all, but she went really eggy and I almost lost her. They probably release something in the water I don't know. That is only my experience though others might say different. :good:
