Disposing Of Blood Worm

Hi all got some old blood worm here its gone a bit funny water looks strange and is no longer red and stinks whats the best way to dispose of it

Seriously they stink and would attract all sorts of bugs and creatures so i decided to flush them down the toilet with some bleach so that any remaing ones what were alive are now dead thanks for the quick reply though
