Disinfecting planted tank

Give me some ideas to disinfect my well planted tank. All the fish I had passed away due to some deadly disease.

You need to completely water change your tank, clean the filter. Then in two weeks add a couple of fish. If you see your plant growing you can generally add fish. What happened to your last fish?

They all died due to some internal disease.
