Diseased Fish ?

Hi all i had my tank set up for about 12 days and put in 2 parrot fish as advised by my LFS a further ten days later i added a silver shark then suddenly i had an out burst of white spot on the 2 parrots then all of a sudden the shark died, ive just checked my ph and its 8.2 and NO2 is 0.3< any thought on what could be to early for them maybe ? ? ? and i have put in some medicine for the 2 parrots and they seem to be getting better

Ich is whitespot as far as I know. It is an abbreviation if the scientific name.
