One of my bleeding hearts has a little fin rot, my other fishes are fine but will they catch this evil disease?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Need to look if the fins been caused by nipping.
Any white edges or red, or red streaking in the fins.

Tank is a 60litres dont know how many gallons that is though?
will check ph and ammnia tomoro, but nirtite is below 3 and nitrate is 0.
i dont think hes been nipped but there is a larger "bully" bleeding heart who does chase alot.....
no signs of red streaks..
Victim is loosing a little colour on his dorsal?
thank you for replying.

Nitrite should be 0.
Strange that the nitrate is 0, whats your tap reading in nitrate.

Should i?

Would of like to see how many fish were in the tank.
I would add interpet anti fungus and finrot med.

After two weeks i bought 3 black widdows and 4 bleeding hearts.

Now have 2 black and 2 bleeding.

My black widdows are looking great though.
they change colour when lights are off.

I do no that the black widow tetra need larger tank as there quite big about a 20 gallon.
