what is the right tank size in liters to keep Discus do they need more care? and can u let them grow with live berars?

240 litres is minimum, they need more waterchanges and softer water than your average community fish and are shoaling fish and best kept in groups of 5 or more. As for tankmates they need to be able to withstand the the high temperature of discus tanks.

Ok i gotta get a biger tank then and there lots of money to buy nicest looking one ive seen was $360 dollars
i dont think ill get them to much time to look after them.

if you shop round you'll find some that are tank bred and so dont need the soft water ect the wild caught bred ones do, and the tank bred are normally cheaper (about £15 here in the UK for about 2"-3")
