Just want to know if discus fish can be in well circulated water? cause I see them in the lfs and they say that it stresses them out to be in that kind of water is this true?
Depends on how circulated and how strong the filter is.
I have 2 discus fish in a 4ft tank with an Ehiem canister feeding back into the middle of the tank and two airstones along the back of the tank and they are fine.
They don't like a great deal of current, they like to just float in the one spot.
What size tank and filter size are you talking about?
