Discus With Corys

If the Cory species you want can tolerate the high temps then yes, most require cooler water though.
 
as far as temperment goes yeah they will be fine. however, the corys do require colder water than teh discus. Instead of corys for your discus, I suggest flag tailed porthole cats. They stay small and sort of resemble corys. heres a link to some pictures at planetcatfish.com http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/speci...?species_id=124. they are great little fish, I've had several in different tanks, and never had a problem with one. Also, please don't lower your water temperature to the lower degrees needed for teh corys. Discus are very gentle and require water temperatues in the low to middle 80 degrees F.

Yea i was thnkin of gettin some peppered corys. My friend has some and he said they do fine, my water temp is 84 degrees.
