Discus - New Tank Set Up

Hi All,

Am just looking for a bit of advice as I am setting up a discus tank for the first time in the UK. Have had good success before but am curious what plants are available here and recommeded as I am going to do a fully planted tank.

I would use lots of Anubias nanas they like low level lighting and you attach them to bogwood which discus love. You can keep the substrate really clean too. The only drawback is that they take a long time to grow and have quite a high price tag.
