Anyone any idea of what strain this discus is from? Only have one like him, would love to buy some more to pair him up with.

Looks like a blue turq to me, it looks taller than it is wide and the eye looks a little big, which could mean it's been stunted, but hopefully that's just the video.

this is the fish that was ill, i posted a topic on it. He never ate for a month solid and now the other discus with him are alot bigger than him. when i bought them all he was easily the biggest . is there any chance he will catch up or is it too late now?

also, at the end of my clip you see a close up of one of my other discus. i bought 6, 3 "greens" 1 "blue" and 2"reds". its a close up of a green. sorry about the names but this is what they were sold as any idea of the "greens" ID? here is another link for a close up of the red and you should see others in it too....thanks for the reply

Looks like blue turquoise, red turquoise and a few look like mixes of different varieties. Also, how big is that tank and what was that massive catfish looking thing that swam by towards the end of the first video (not the plecos). Speaking of plecos, keep a close eye on them as sometimes they try to "clean" laterally compressed fish and end up sucking on their slime coat and harassing them instead.

it was a Synodontis Eupterus. Hes about 7 years old now. My only original fish left since I first got fish when I was 14 the tank is 6'x2'x2'
