Don't seem like they are hiding in the pictures anyways, which is a good sign!
As others said, live foods could coax them to eat. You might want to ask the breeder what he was feeding them before hand. They may not be used to the foods that you are trying to feed them. If you are feeding them dry food this might be the source of the problem. Even some frozen bloodworms may work if you have not tried them already.

Your LFS is the best place, preferably on the day they get it delivered, to get live foods from 

They will grow out to be realy nice specimins when they finish developing their colours
