DISCUS HELP

Hi guys - I have 6 discus and one died last night but not sure why. Water chemistry is fine but this guy seemed to be excreting more mucus and he was struggling to breathe. Problem is I have now noticed Hole in the Head on another one although there was no sign of this on the dead one. Can anyone advise best way to treat this please?

Hole in the head is easy treated I had a oscar with a huge hole in its head when i got him, I went to the lfs and told them what was wrong with my fish and she sold me some kind of medicine and it cured it right up.
