Discus Fungus

I added a white spot med the other day to make sure that they didn't have it, as i thought i saw a white spot
A couple days later i've seen 1 of my discus with a fungus starting, it's now day 2
It says i can't add another med in for 7days, but i don't want this to spread, is there any way to add another by doing a water change or something? Or do i just have to wait
The only spare tank i have is a 30l and i can't put a 6inch discus in there

90-95% water change is good enough for most medications before redosing. If you're worried, you can do the water change, then run carbon in the filter for 24 hours.

I've never had a fish with fungus before, is it easily treated?
