Ok i dont know anything about Discus lol !

I am interested in them though !

I remember seeing somewhere that this Beefheart stuff is bad for them

Yep, not good for them.... heart attacks are not good

Not many cows in the amazon, have a read of this months PFK and if anyone does want any beefheart, I have 1Kg of devotedly discus beefheart going for free...

yeh but there's not many blocks of frozen blood worm or fish flake . so what do you feed

Just made pauls beefheart mix it took me a while and smells foul but the fish are going to love it.
When I told the butcher I wanted a beef heart to make fish food he said "what are you feeding pirahnas?"
I am going to feed them this mix twice a week as recommended.Thanks for the recipe,can't wait to see my fish go mad for it.
