My convict pair has turned on each other... the female is bossing the male all over the place, even though she's smaller. To make matters worse, the fry are GONE. I think maybe the male ate them, which could be why she's so angry.

My biggest question is, what could've caused that, and will the pair re-form?

if it's a newly formed pair then they quite often eat the eggs or fry. After they have a few more batches they start to realise they shouldn't actually eat them but look after them. Give them a chance and in a week or so they will breed again and have another go at becoming parents.

They definitely have seemed to settle their differences. The female is all colored up again, and they're back at their usual antics. I expect babies again soon.
