Dinosaur Eel

I woke up this morning and was watching my fishtank, my dinosaur eel has like a big tummy on him, or he swallowed a rock. Could it be swim bladder? I really have no idea what it could be.
It is a 20 gallon tank. Current tank mates are two platys and a plecostomous. All of the water levels are fine. Nothing has changed in the tank recently.

Do you feed them alot? Ive heard that they dont really digest to fast so maybe you over fed him???

Check your platys. he could of eaten one if hes atleast 2 or 3 inches.

I feed him every few days, I did think of that. I figure I'll just watch and see what happens. He's also not big enough to even try to eat my platys. That was the first thing I checked haha! He is acting normal so oh well haha

I know this doesn't pertain to your orginal question,.. but I feel the need to say this.

It's not a "dinosaur eel" it's a senegal bichir lol. Just pointing that out incase you didn't know. Get too big for a 20 gallon, and not a good fish combo. They'll eat until they almost pop.
