Its a cone feeder...available at lfs for $1.49. It floats or it comes with a suction cup to keep it still

Dont worry all those worms aren't for the two of them alone...it has to be shared amongst the 5 boys and whatever's left goes in my 20 g where it disappears in seconds.

Actually you could probably try a sterilised shuttlecock if you attatch suckers to it.
