Diluting Flourish

I have a 5 gallon tank. The flourish is dosed at one capful for 60 gallons weekly. Does anyone here dilute their flourish, or do you just add a few drops weekly?

I dont use flourish but i do use a different type of liquid fertilizer. I dose using ml rather than a capful.

I think I would add drops rather than dilute it or dose it with a syringe, as far as i recall one capful of flourish is 5ml, so 1ml would dose 12 gallons, so maybe try 1/2 ml weekly and that should be plenty, a chemist or drug store will always have good syringes that can measure in ml's, I dose my CSM+B with a syringe, although a good bit more than 1/2ml per week, but the syringe is capable of reading as little as 1/2 ml's.

As Zig says, use a syringe. We have a syringe we use for dosing our dogs hormone treatment, which is in 0.1ml steps, so try asking your local Vet if you can buy one (the syringe is marked Propalin Vetoquinol)

I'm a vet student... so getting a syringe won't be a problem. Thanks for the great idea guys!!
