Diffuser Positioning

I just would like to know what position is best for a diffuser.
Iv got mine at the bottom of the tank the bubbles just go strait up so now iv put a small power head above it.

in a place where the bubbles get blasted around the whole tank.

Hmm that's a bit hard in my tank.

you have a powerhead, so place that at the opposite end of the tank.
