Different Fresh Foods

Ok I got up this morning and was thinking of what other food I could feed my fish besides the usual flake, freeze dried, live etc..........

I know alot of people feed cucumber/peas to their fish but what about other stuff such as fruit etc? Has anyone tried the fish on it if so which ones can we feed them? It only sprang to mind as I was watching my silver dollar munching this morning as I know some fish in the wild eat fruit that has fallen off trees and into the water! So any ideas of decent fruit to try my fish on would be appreciated! After all they haven't taken to cucumber yet!

My clown loaches love banana, but it has to be taken out once they loose interest or it messes up the water.
