Difference Between Sera Florenette A And Floreplus?

Hi, I have a 300L community tank that is lightly planted with java moss, java fern (attached to rock), crypts, thin vals and amazon swords.

I am currently using the Sera Florena Plant Fertilizer (liquid) once a week but thought the plants could do with some tablets.

I was just wondering, for those with experience in using the Sera tablets, what the dofferences are between Sera Florenette A and Floreplus?

Are they similar? Which would be best for my tank?

According to my Sera rep they are best used together
weelky dosing with florena and 6-8weekly use of tabs at the base of each plant.
or course he is gonna say that thought.
Personally I only used florena and never bothered with the tabs
