ok since saturday the 18th i have had lampeyes and shrimp die regularly to this day i have had 4 lampeyes and 5 shrimp die i recently (4 days before the deaths) bought 6 green neon tetras and i think they may be killing them here is what has happened since it started.

tuesday 7th i bought my first set of lampeyes
saturday 11th 2nd set of lamp eyes were bought.
tuesday 14th i bought the green neons
wdnesday 15th i saw a few planaria in my tank
saturday 18th found 2 lampeyes and 1 shrimp dead
sunday 19th found crystal shrimp dead in morning, 1 lampeye dead in the evening
monday 20th 1 shrimp dead in the morning 1 lampeye dead in afternoon
today 1 shrimp dead when i saw him alive he wasnt moving much and one of his legs wasnt moving like he had been attacked also saw one of my little shrimp swimming around and one of the tetras started to go after him

do you think the tetras are killing the lampeyes and the shrimp its funny that it only started after the tetras were bought and have done all the water tests and all are alright any ideas people
thanks

I'm assuming the tank was fully cycled before adding these fish? More information would be useful, such as your water parameters :)

Firstly how big is your tank and when was it set up?

What is your exact readings for ammonia/nitrite & nitrate?.

You appeared to have added a lot in a short space of time, which unless the filter catches up can cause ammonia.nitrite spike.

Planaria is caused by overfeeding, this in turn can cause poor water quality...

it was a planyed tank setup so was not cycled like a fishless cycle but was cycled the way it said to planted cycle. but i havent had anything die in the 8 or nine months since i set it up, not since this anyway? ph is at 7 ammonia at 0 nitrites at 0 nitrates at 5. 90 litre tank
