Sounds about what they were doing with me, she does a few days of the constant fanning, not leaving the area, then all of a sudden its as if she gives up. I still think if the tube was down, you missed the eggs and they ate them, I had them (her) with eggs, not many but within an hour they were gone, either buried or eaten, she continued to fan for a few days, then just stopped and went back to normal. Im sure its because the water ph and hardness are too high. Be about another four weeks before it happens again if they carry on as they have before.
