While at the fish store today getting my water checked, i was looking through the tanks, when i saw the coolest things
Freshwater Flounders
And of course i bought one

Gess buying fish is like a curse

Didnt you just post yesterday and day b4, you had cloudy water that you can not control consistently!

Also a recent death.

When we asked for water test results, you had no test kits

So why in the world are you buying more fish!

Not trying to be harsh 8) , but control the problems you have b4 introducing more fish, which may bring more problems .

I know most of the regulars on the forum, remember what people write about, so when i saw this post could not beleive it!

yes i bought another fish

but first i went and tested my water, and he said everything was okay, and that i could add another fish. I made sure that it was safe, before i put anything in it. And the fish that died didn't die because of the bloom it died from swim bladder, and i did a 50% water change and add enymes to my tank, and everythings is cool now, and the cloudyness has clear up.


I MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FINE BEFORE ADDING SOMETHING ELSE

And after doing the research they only need brackish water when and if they are breeding, other than that they are okay

Hi I am sure that canarsie11 was not trying to be hard on you or having a go at you they were just concerned that after having read recent posts by yourself about water problems that you could have been making a bad decision about adding any fish.
As long as your water has cleared up and that parameters are ok then fair enough, and as you have posted you have had these checked and sought advice before buying the new fish.
Good luck and I hope that your new fish settles into it's new home quickly.
Have you got any pics of your new addition?

edit: buying fish is not a curse it is an addiction. I can resist anything exept temptation especially when it comes to finding nice fish!!!!
