Did I Overstock?

30 gallon tank. Includes 3 red eye tetras a 4" dojo loach a 4 inch pleco four 2 inches marble mollies and 5 silver mollies.

I would say you have to many mollies in your tank and over stocked because of it. The other big issue is that mollies and other live bearers breed like rabbits which can quickly overrun a tank with fry. If possible I would suggest re homing half of the mollies. As for the tetra they are fine except you will want to up the numbers to 6+ since most tetras prefer to be in groups. As for the pleco do you know what kind he is? If it is a common pleco then your in for a big surprise since they DO grow to be a foot long and require a VERY large tank to be happy. The best Pleco species for small tanks are Bristlenose and Clown. Hope that gives a general idea.
