Diamond Sharks Ill?

2 diamond shark suddenly are lying upside down, still alive at the moment other species are fine pleanty of oxygen.

whats up??

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Yes once fish are upside down there usually dying, sorry.
