Diagnosis Required For Missing Fin & Whiteness

Hi, I've got a 2ish year old little betta who started to go white around the fins and between his eyes (although I thought his eyes always had it), and just today I noticed his top fin is almost completely gone. He's never been very active.

I'm worried the poor little guy is suffering and hoping it's something curable. He's already survived jumping out a window, so I'm pretty keen to hang on to him if possible.

it sounds like a fin rot, you should get some meds, or do regular water changes to encourage new growth
