Di-ionized Tap Water And Nitra-zorb Recharable Filter Media

Well guys,

I may be getting a di-ionizing filter for my aquarium. i cant remeber the name but you pour the tap water into it and it takes out the impurities. The one im looking into is used and approved by Jack Wattley, Will this be good for my angels? I also bought this rechargeable Nitra-Zorb filter pouch, its ion-exchange media and eliminates ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, will this be any good?
