Devil Fish

I am new to this site. I have a big problem his name is Elvis, he is the last living survivor of the war that has been waged in my fish tank. He has basically eaten every other fish in the tank and i have no idea what he is at all. He was sold to me as a tiny fish and was told he would not get big and would fit in with my grammies fine. but he has one by one eaten them all. Now theres only him left. As i sit here he watches me all evening, and i think i am next. what can he be? he spends all day shifting the stones inside the tank into a mountain at the front. he is almost flat when you look at him front onwards, he is a pale creamy colour, with big eyes and lips, and occassionaly he takes a big deep breath in and strecthes his lips. ( it's really funny) he is massive now. well over 20cm's long? i know very little about fish and have spent hours trawling the internet to see what he is? please help?

sounds like a type of cichlid, a photo would be most helpful!

What is the fishes shape? what size tank is it in?

It has to be some cichlid. Try and get a picture up and im sure we will be able to help you out
