3) Yes - but shop around, the word 'aquarium' often adds quite a bit to the price of a product of which a generic alternative can be a lot cheaper.

i use a dennerle co2 kit - very well made

not cheap though as with all german products!

Yes, their CO2 gear is top quality IME.
