Hi Everyone, i feel so guilty i have to admit i just signed up with another forum. spent 30 mins setting up avatar, sig etc..

then logged on to start posting and thought to myself "what the hell are you doing? the page format is horrible, no pictures in sigs, dont know anyone etc... very dull indeed." i then read 3 posts and all were like a teacher/pupil format. no humour or individualism (SP?) the odd rant and so on.


i've now deleted myself and learned the error of my ways. so sorry folkes your stuck with me.

Actually when I was looking for a Fish Forum - I signed up to like 10 in the same day - ok well not quite 10 but at least 5. I've since posted probably not more than a handful of times on each of them and have decided that this is the place to be.

I must have been dead lucky - I found this site straight away and to be honest haven't even bothered looking elsewhere as I do get everything I need from here. I also love the way that when you make a mistake (as we did went we started after advice from the lfs ) nobody criticises - you just get support to put it right.

And lurve those tanks jimbooo

I post on several boards. I don't see any one board "owning" my attention any more than another does. Some sites have different and varied opinions and members who know something others from another board may not.

This forum is good for general knowledge and the experience of a few members, but others just simply surpass it for specialised knowledge and I find many of them a fantastic library of knowledge.
