would a pair of rams be compatible with a shoal of neon tetras and corys? and also what about guppies? i dont know much about them apart from they need hiding places and are protective of their young! any information would be helpful!

I have had blue rams with neons and corys and they seem fine, but you might want to wait for someone with more experience to also answer. I picked out what I thought was a pair and unfortunately I seem to have two males (so what do i know!) one does chase the other a bit and I will need to split them up and get some females for both but at the moment neither of them bothers any other fish. I believe they can get a bit terratorial when they have young to defend.
