Death Indian Glass Fish

my Indian Glass fish has died

and all i can find is bleeding on the inside of the head and couldn't swim properly


any ideas what this could be?



my water states are fine no ammonia or nitrates and the PH of 7.2


it's tank mates are:

Hoplo Catfish
Black Mollie
2x silver mollie
horseface loach
male glassfish
congo frog
snail
banjo catfish
drawf gourami
2x red honey gourami
plec...thing



similar sypmtons happened to 2 gouramis

Bleeding on the inside of head probably killed it....
Not an expert on any of this, new to the hobby myself. But might have gone skittish and ran into something really hard? I know my cousins fish used ot ram the glass which ended up killing it from bleeding..

but this was one of the least skittish fish i have..

well i'll just hope it's a one off
