Dead spot in tank

I currently have a dead spot in my tank where all the tank rubbish lays and doesn’t get filtered by the filter... is there any suggestions that would help push that crap towards to filter input running a fluval fx4

Maybe put a small internal filter in the tank. I sometimes lie one on its side at the bottom of the tank just to make sure the water flows around the tank and it kicks up any debris

If you get a python water changer, you could vac out that debris at WC time..maybe weekly. Or you could install a air driven sponge filter in that area..just be sure to squeeze it out in removed tank water every couple of weeks.
