is my oscar dead? ive used fungus ade like 5 days ago and its not helping him at all

That's bacterial, you need an antibiotic. By the looks of the fish I would say it's best to end its suffering.

O yea, he needs some good medication and quick. But it looks like he has been suffering for a while. Get him on some antibiotic if you want to see if he still has a chance.
