I have a snail, platy, and five neon tetras. last night, I saw every one of them neon tetras. Now, 9 hours later, I've only seen three. This is my new tank, it has been running for 5 weeks. The snail, is 5 weeks old. The platy, a day old. Neon Tetras, four are one week old, one is one day old. This has happened before with my zebra danios(My first starter fish)I got 2/3 when dead, but now my tank is very close to be done cycling. I will get a albino cory and a regular bush nose pleco. Should I worry about it?

I found all the ones. One wasn't missing, just hiding. One was under a decoration. The one under the decoration(Just call it Gilbert) is losing all of its coloration. Should I remove it? Should I leave it alone? I will add pics to show the differince.

Yes, you should be worried about it...

Please do not get any more fish or other critter for your tank until it is cycled!

How are you testing the water for ammonia/nitrite/nitrate and how often? You are "fish in cycling" and so you should be testing the water daily with a liquid test kit (not test strips). If you get a reading of 0.25mg/l or more for ammonia or nitrite, you should really be doing an immediate 75% or more water change with fresh, similar temp de-chlorinated water (I highly recommend Seachem Prime, it is very concentrated so will last ages, plus the doseage can be increased to help de-toxify these poisons you are testing for).

Be careful how much food you are feeding while "fish in cycling," offer food the size of one eye per fish per day. Extra food will either be eaten (producing more waste and then more ammonia) or it will rot on the tank floor and within the filter.

If you have not got one yet, buy yourself a "gravel cleaner" to suck up rubbish from the tank floor when doing water changes. Use the bucket of removed water to very gently rinse the filter sponges of any visible food/debris.

No pics. It's got coloration back. :good:

Dude, listen to N0body Of The Goat.

Also what size is your tank? Corys are schooling fish so need to be kept in groups of 6+ and albino Corys need larger tank. Bristlenoses also need larger tanks. Dwarf/pigmy Corys are the only ones suitable for smaller tank, but they still do best with sand instead of gravel and still need to be kept in groups of at least 6, which is same as neons and zebra danios.

Neon tetras should never be added to a tank less than 6 months old let alone an uncycled one as they are very sensitive to bad water conditions. Never ever add more fish to an uncycled tank. Read up on fishless cycling here.
