Hi all

I have just found my only Endler dead at the bottom of the tank under a plant, it is covered in white cotton wool type stuff. It almost lookes like a cotton wool ball!
I was wondering if any one has had the same problem, or knows what it might be.
The Endler was a small colourful one, I'm not too sure about the sex.

Cheers
Jon

Think it's something that happens when they die and sit for a while.

It could of been there for a couple of days, as it was at the back of the tank and under a big plant. I hope it is that, and not a illness.
Cheers for the reply

Sorry for your loss. The colourful ones are the males. Do you know what caused the death? What are your water parameters?

Hi Matty

I have got a 28 ltr tank with about 10 fish in, but I am getting a bigger one soon, because my platties and mollies are breeding!
