Datnioides Microlepis Agression

Hi,

I have noticed when I turn the lights off in my dats tank, he becomes a very aggressive fish.
He darts about chasing and biting the baby oscars, all three fish are the same size (2 Oscars and 1 Dat).

Is this normally behaviour, and what is anyone else's experience or advice about Dat aggression?

Dats are very aggressive fish mate NGT (campbelli) anre even more aggressive.

the tiger probably knows the oscars are going to grow much fast that him so he is beating them up before the eat him

if the tiger is 4inch and the oscars are the same the oscars will be 10inch before the tiger is 5inch

lol thats true, the oscars will be moving tanks before him maybe he's jealous

the only aggresion ive seen from tigers is towards each other
