Hi! It's so nice to be able to post again. I have been tied up with my shool musical for three months. 4 hour practices every day after school and then other stuff on top of that, I have not had enough time to eat let alone post here! I see that Sam got a new avatar and sig, and llj got a new avatar. Very nice change guys! Haha.
My tanks also suffered the same fate. My hi tec 29 g has pretty much become a messy and tall carpet of glosso, rotala rotundifolia everywhere, and an algea covered hardscape. I'm picking it back up now. I'm just keeping everything looking nice until I can make another big plant purchase.
I just acquired a trio of half black yellow guppies at a fish auction (which was an amazing way to spend a day!). I will be using my other five tanks to keep the two lines going.
I am glad to see that everyone is doing well and that there is now a journal subforum!!! :hyper:

Hey dude nice to meet ya i dont think i'v met ya before.. but welcome back again :)
hopfully you can get some pictures posted of your tanks maybe of your gupp's.

Journal section just came about less then a week about too :)

Haha, thanks. I was more of a watcher and less of a poster. I had a journal, but I think it's gone. I will have pics tomorrow; I wasn't really up to it today. The half black yellows weren't really my first choice, but they were the best quality at the auction. I'm pretty mad since I noticed that one female is hit, and I don't know which male did it. I was really looking for albino reds, half black blue or pastel, or moscow blues. Okay, to the plants, I also got at the auction a ton of riccia for $8 and a ten gallon full of java moss for $1. I made riccia carpet/tile things, and the java moss is just chilling in breeding tanks right now.

Hey, great seeing you again! School can be a pain. I know how you feel. Looks like you got a sweet deal on the plants and the guppies. That's an aweful lot of java moss! I'm assuming you are confident in the success of your guppies! :hey:

Here's your journal, by the way.

Here are a few pics of what has changed. Some different pics will go in my journal. Thanks for finding it, llj, btw!

Tank right now. It has a lot of algea, tall glosso, and out of control rotala rotundifolia because of my lack of time.

Of course he can! That's nothing!

I actually like the algae on the wood. It looks so natural and the tall glosso is rather charming. It's kind of growing like my HM in my 8g, dense but taller.

Look forward to more updates.
