Dark Colour On Yellow Parrot ?

Hi guys my yellow parrot fish has some dark stuff over him looks like dirt any ideas what it is ??

no hasnt always had them done a 20% water change last night and it seems to have taken some of it off them ??

maybe dirty water ?
