Daphnia

I keep hearing about it and i know its acknolwedged that it helps, but why? and how?

I know that Daphnia is in-between 90-95% water on average.

I guess that also makes it a decent snack for Mbuna? Or small Mbuna at least

I use frozen daphnia, will this have the same benefits, there's no way with God as my witness lol, i am letting live Daphnia into my flat and my tanks, not unless i cultured or grew it myself.

i believe that the risk of introducing disease from live-food outweighs the benefits of live-food's (well LFS live foods for sure)

now back to the main issue........ anybody?
