Just one last question

What one of the foods stated above are better for conditioning my bettas wht one has the best stuff?

Also my female has a white "plug" on her vent i know they do get this when producing eggs but she only been conditioning for 2days could she be filling up?

Thats just her egg tube, they are quite noticeable on most females anyway.

Feed a variety of the 2 I would say

They are both currently being fed on frozen blood worm flake algae wafers and peas + both of them will make super bettas lol
