Danio With Dropsy

I have a zebra Danio exhibiting signs of dropsy

I have added interpet #9 to the prescribed dosage (with Interpet Aqualibrium salt tonic) , should I also increase the water temp to 30 celsius? (I think this is suggested in another thread) If this temp is recommended, then how long should I have it up at 30 for?

Also, I have some Melafix, can/should this be used alongside the treatment above?

Any advice gratefully received!

An epson salt bath would help the fish it helps draw the fluids out.
Though once scales stick out they very rarely make it.

I use pimafix for dropsy but melafix should be fine too. Leave your heater a little higher until you are done treating.

is 30 celsius ok? and if so, for how long should it be left this high?
