Damselfly Nymph

okay so I have one in my tank,
some where might I add I caught it this morning and had to find out what it is.

is it Dangerous (as far as I know to small fish)
I plan to get Shrimp soon when I manage to find some.
Whats the best way to have rid of it if I cant find the little blighter

and will it be dangerous to shrimp?

They are predatory and will attack anything that is small enough that they can get hold of it. I would take it out and crush it personally as it is not a good to add an unknown species to any local water courses or ponds.
