Dalmation Molly Problem

Hi im new to tropical fish keeping
2 of my dalmation mollies have started to swim strangley. They look weird & often are head upwards & tail downwards in the tank.
Any ideas

Hi how long have you had the mollies?
do you know your water stats?
did you cycle your tank before adding the fish?
what size tank is it?
I've read mollies aren't especially hardy so will need good water conditions, also they should be kept in brackish water but some people have successfully kept them in fresh water.
