I checked all my levels and everything seems fine. I have him in a 5 gal tank with guppy fry and he was ok last night but i just went to feed them and noticed he was missing so i moved decor around and he was down in a spawning mop he swam up to get away but then flopped right back over and sunk to the bottom of the tank help plz he's the first fry i have ever saved and is about 8 mos old now.

Bless Him. It's doesn't sound to promising i'm afraid.

Does the fish look bloated? Are eyes bulging out?
Any red streaking of fins, or body?
Does the fish look darker, or pale in colour?
How the fish breathing?
Is he still eating?
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet?

All you can do is isolate, try and internal bacteria medication.

ph is between 7-7.5 he looks absolutely normal physically and is still breathing but looks almost like hes gulping

The medication might make him worse if he gulping.
What do the fish gills look like? Are they pale, red and inflamed, purple, do the gills have excess slime?

It's up to you if you want to give the fish a chance by using the internal bacteria medication. But increase aeration as medications reduce oxygen in the water.

To be honest he sounds to far gone. But sometimes fish can surprise you.

Let us all know how he gets on. That's if you don't mind.

Good Luck.

Gills dont have any abnormal color, maybe a little inflame, I moved him into my 55gal in a breeder net hoping maybe that'll help keeping my fingers crossed. I'm going to cry like a kid who had their candy taken away if my first little baby dies

Inflamed gills can be caused by bad water quality, toxins, parasites, bacterial.
