dalmation molley

ever since i had my dalmation molley his one gill was kinda puffed up more than the other one. and today i just noticed it actually has a bubble coming out from underneath his gill. its just a clear little bubble with a yellow tint to it. im getting kinda worried because all he is doing is hanging at the top and slurping at the air. does anyone know what it is?

do you have any test kits? it could be a bacterial infection.

i have a few test kits, but nothing for bacteria. hes been like this for over 5 months now tho, and has changed tanks. do you really think it could be a infection?

ok i just got a better look at it. its making his left gill stick way out and its a redish tint with a red dot in it, looks kinda like a fish egg. hes just swimming in circles. but then again he never was the smartest fish in the world.
