Are African frogs compatable with betta? I've heard of a person keeping them together...

yep they are

they are probably the best things to keep with a betta as the african frog is very docile and will not attack its long flowing fins

and what about ghost shrimp with african frogs and bettas? XD sorry, I forgot to add that to the original post.

Yeah I got 2 for my betta...

Then they died. (not because of the betta)
